At Dutch Compounds, we follow standard EU distance selling regulations. Customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery.
⚠️ Important: Products must be unused and returned in original packaging to qualify for a refund
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
During this period, products must only be handled as necessary to assess whether you wish to keep them.
If you choose to return an order, all items must be sent back in original condition and packaging.
Eligible Returns
- Unopened products
- No visible signs of use
- Original packaging intact
- All accessories included
Non-Eligible Returns
- Used or opened products
- Damaged items from misuse
- Missing packaging or parts
- Late return submissions
Return Process
Before returning any product, you must contact our support team via email.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and address details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risk during transit.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are paid, packed, or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and return rules apply.
Refund Adjustments
Refunds may be reduced if products show signs of damage, misuse, or missing packaging. Full compliance with return conditions is required.
